Pricing questions
What counts as a page?
One page of a PDF statement. A 6-page bank statement uses 6 pages. CSV, OFX, QFX, QIF and QBO conversions never use pages and stay free.
Do failed conversions use pages?
No. If a page cannot be read, it is not counted.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free converters: they need no signup at all. PDF statement conversion needs a sign-in with an email code or Google, so we can keep track of your pages. There are no passwords.
What happens to unused pages?
Monthly plan pages reset each billing month. Pages from the one-time pack never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There is nothing to cancel on the free tier.
Can I get a refund?
Your first subscription payment is refundable within 7 days if you have used fewer than 20 PDF pages, and the one-time pack within 14 days if it is unused. Renewals are not refunded. Details are on the Refund Policy page.
How is my data handled?
The free converters run entirely in your browser, so those files are never uploaded. PDF statements are uploaded only to be converted, deleted after processing, and never used to train models.
Can't I just use ChatGPT?
You can paste a statement into a chatbot, but it may skip or change rows without telling you, it does not check totals against the statement balance, and you still have to turn the answer into a QBO file yourself. We check every statement against its opening and closing balance and give you a file QuickBooks imports directly.
