Refund Policy

The file format converters are free, so there is nothing to refund there. This policy covers paid PDF plans and the one-time page pack described on the pricing page.

Failed conversions

Pages that fail to convert are never counted against your plan or pack.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Your first subscription payment can be refunded in full within 7 days, as long as you have used fewer than 20 PDF pages.
• Renewal payments are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

One-time pack

The one-time pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its pages have been used.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@filestoqbo.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. Approved refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record (Creem or Waffo) to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
