These terms apply to FilesToQBO (filestoqbo.com, "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

FilesToQBO converts financial files between formats, such as CSV to QBO, and offers paid conversion of PDF bank statements. The free converters need no account. PDF conversion requires signing in and is subject to the limits of your plan, described on the pricing page.

Check your data before importing

Conversions are automated and can contain mistakes, especially with unusual file layouts or poor-quality scans. You are responsible for reviewing converted transactions before importing them into QuickBooks, Quicken or any other software, and for keeping your original files.

No accounting or tax advice

FilesToQBO is a file conversion tool. It does not give accounting, tax or legal advice, and we are not responsible for accounting or tax results based on converted files.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for fraud, or to create, alter or pass off forged or falsified statements
  • try to get around plan limits, for example by creating many accounts
  • disrupt the service or attempt to access other users' data

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans

Payments are processed by Creem and / or Waffo as Merchant of Record, and their terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Provided as is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that every conversion will be complete or error-free.

Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. This site is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
